Outlook Calendar Integration
If your work runs on Microsoft Outlook, you can now bring those calendar events into Tail AI — the same way you already could with Google Calendar. Connect once, pick the events you want, assign them to a project, and start tracking time. See the full Calendar Integration documentation for a walkthrough of both providers.
Connect Outlook Calendar
Go to the Calendar page and open Calendar Integration. Select the Outlook Calendar tab, then click Connect Outlook Calendar. You'll sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize Tail AI to read your calendar events — we never modify or delete events on your behalf.
Import events as tasks
Once connected, Tail AI loads your Outlook events automatically. Filter between past and upcoming meetings, select the events you want to bill for, choose a project, and click Create Tasks. Each imported event becomes a task with the event title, description, due date, and estimated duration already filled in.
Events you've already imported are skipped automatically, so you won't end up with duplicate tasks.
See Outlook events in My Day
Today's Outlook meetings appear in the My Day sidebar alongside Google Calendar events and Journal AI activity. It's a single view of everything on your schedule — no switching between apps to figure out what to work on next.
What you can do
- Connect once — Authorize via Microsoft OAuth from the Calendar page
- Browse past or upcoming events — Filter and preview before importing
- Assign to projects — Turn meetings into billable tasks in the right client context
- Track time — Log hours against imported tasks like any other work in Tail AI
- Use Google and Outlook together — Both providers work side by side in Calendar Integration and My Day
