Learn how to get started with Tail AI and make the most of our platform
This training outlines the steps to effectively use the Tail ai platform for managing clients, projects, and tasks.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Dashboard [0:01]
- Log in to the Tail ai platform.
- You will be directed to the dashboard page, which provides an overview of your accounts, projects, and recent activities.
2. Creating a Client [0:23]
- Navigate to the Clients page.
- Click on 'Add Client'.
- Fill in the required client details and save.
3. Editing a Client [0:38]
- Click on the specific client you wish to edit.
- Go to the Details page.
- Make necessary updates and click 'Update'.
4. Creating a Project [0:50]
- Go to the Projects page.
- Click on 'Add Project'.
- Fill in the project details, including:
- Project name
- Description
- Assigned client
- Allocated hours
- Save the project.
5. Creating a Task [1:20]
- Navigate to the Tasks page.
- Click on 'Add Task'.
- Fill in the information on the Task card, including:
- Task name
- Description
- Assigned colleague (optional)
- Estimated hours
- Save the task.
6. Marking a Task as Complete [1:45]
- Click on the completed task.
- Mark it as complete.
- Fill in the actual hours spent on the task.
7. Tracking Project Hours [2:03]
- Ensure that actual hours are filled in to deduct from the project hours.
- This helps in accurately tracking the time spent on each project.
